Gratitude List - Ongoing
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have
into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to
order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a
house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today,
and creates a vision for tomorrow."
-- Melody Beattie

Note: This list is predated to keep it on the top of my journal to remind me to keep adding – sorry for any confusion!
This year my intention is to draw more of the things I LOVE into my life! There are so many blessings in my life and instead of focusing on what I don’t have, my emphasis will be on what I have in my life and love dearly. These will not be in any particular order – and I’m not including people in this list. You know who you are!
- Taking a deep breath! Each precious breath. And the breath of everyone I love!
- Nature – all aspects of nature are abundant with treasures!
- Watching the sunrise – how many glorious memories by just remembering sunrises!

- Watching my beautiful Maine Coon Rocky look annoyed at Zippy’s snoring! (Sadly, my precious Rocky passed on to heaven but i know he is still here in spirit!)
